El que tiene dominio sobre todo y todos, incluso sobre los tiranos. Quien prevalece sobre toda su creación y a quien todo el universo se somete.
He is the One before whom everyone, including tyrants, is humbled. He is also the One who prevails over all His creation and to whom everyone and everything submits.
